BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree, or experience in a relevant field - 3+ years of program management experience in infrastructure builds - Experience in technical management and people development - Proven track record managing difficult, cross-functional infrastructure builds independently - Experience working across multiple teams and managing programs end-to-end - Ability to manage trade-offs: time vs. scope vs. cost - Experience clearing blockers, escalating appropriately, and accelerating progress - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Robust technical understanding of network infrastructure and deployment processes PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certifications or military experience in an IT-related field (e.g. computer science, network engineering, PMP, CCNA, Network+, Security+ etc.) - Functional knowledge of network design, and layer 2/3 networking concepts - Ability to propose regional or global projects leveraging technical and management experience - Experience conducting interviews and making effective hiring decisions The base salary range for this position is listed below.
