We are seeking a strategic, seasoned and high-energy Alliance Manager to own, manage, and scale our NVIDIA GTM strategy. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Ecosystems, the NVIDIA Global Alliance Director will sit at the pinnacle of Hammerspace's technical and strategic expansion into the AI market through our Partnership with NVIDIA. In this role, you will lead the execution of our joint business plans, focusing on the Hammerspace AI Data Platform solution, which aligns directly with the NVIDIA AI Data Platform reference design. You will bridge both organizations-uniting sales, marketing, product and engineering teams to accelerate technology integration, demand generation, field execution, and joint revenue.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Strategic Relationship Management
• Primary Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact between Hammerspace and NVIDIA partner leadership.
• Executive Cadence: Establish and lead structured executive business reviews (EBRs) and team syncs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to maximize revenue and influence in strategic deals.
• Ecosystem Positioning: Position Hammerspace as the preferred data platform within the NVIDIA AI ecosystem.
• Program Navigation: Maximize Hammerspace's engagement within the NVIDIA Inception program.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) & Co-Selling
• Revenue Generation: Drive co-sell pipeline development and joint software-defined infrastructure wins.
• Sales Enablement: Deliver joint messaging, collateral, and training programs to both field organizations.
• Channel Collaboration: Collaborate with authorized Hammerspace channel partners to sell validated solutions.
• Event Evangelism: Coordinate high-impact joint marketing efforts at major industry events like NVIDIA GTC.
• Product & Technical Alignment
• Reference Architecture: Manage GTM initiatives built around the NVIDIA AI Data Platform reference design.
• Feature Integration: Coordinate roadmap alignment involving technologies like NVIDIA GPUDirect Storage (GDS).
• AI Stack Optimization: Align software development priorities to integrate with NVIDIA NIM and NeMo Retriever.
• Feedback Integration: Gather technical requirements from the field to influence engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
• Experience: 10+ years managing high-value hardware, software, or cloud ecosystem technology alliances.
• Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the AI ecosystem, GPU infrastructure, hybrid/multi-cloud environments, enterprise storage and parallel file systems.
• NVIDIA Familiarity: Deep, functional understanding of the NVIDIA product stack, enterprise strategy, and partner programs.
• Relationship Building: Track record of building trusted advisor status with NVIDIA product managers and sales executives.
• Operational Execution Focus: Data-driven with strong project management abilities required to analyze, navigate & execute complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills designed for technical and executive audiences.
Bonus Points / "Nice to Haves"
• Direct experience managing a tier-1 alliance relationship at or with NVIDIA.
• Successful experience working with NVIDIA's Distributors, Solutions Providers, Neloclouds, Sovereign Clouds, Systems Integrators and Value-Added Resellers.
• Familiarity with containerized environments, Kubernetes, and machine learning pipelines.
• Background working in fast-growing, agile, venture-backed enterprise software companies.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $210,000-245,000 / $300-350,000 OTE. Actual compensation will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional/education experience, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
