Collects, synthesizes, and shares data trends with the interdisciplinary care team to drive process improvement strategies. Participates in the deployment of acute nursing support strategies. Coordinates the annual review process of policy, SOP, and education documents for nursing to ensure compliance with CMS regulations. Provides clinical support and guidance to nursing staff. Monitors and evaluates nursing practices to ensure adherence to established standards. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
