Nursing Supervisor - ADHThe Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the nursing operations of the Program in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures of the Company, the Corporate Integrity Agreement, and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations governing Adult Day Health Programs. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for developing and coordinating departmental teamwork and employee relations, ensuring the delivery of quality care and services, and promoting the fiscal responsibility of the department. The Nursing Supervisor fosters high standards of participant care through the provision and promotion of diligent orientation and continuing education efforts, and properly prepared nursing staff and managers who follow current polices and procedure and incorporate evidence-based practice in providing high quality of care. The Nursing Supervisor will work collaboratively with the ADH-Program Director, the SNF DON, the Corporate Director of Clinical Operations and the and the Corporate Landmark Operational team in adherence with philosophy and objectives and implementation of new adult day health and overall clinical quality programming. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the EMR and its programs and procedures.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS- Current State of Massachusetts Nursing RN license
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least three years of leadership experience in administration management in a health care organization
- Five years or greater experience working directly in a long-term care or sub-acute medical Program or Adult Day Health Program
- Valid CPR certification
