Responsibilities Nursing Supervisor Opportunity - 36 hours/week, Overnight Shift HRI Hospital is seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor for our full time overnight shift position. This is a 36 hour per week position working three (3) weekdays per week from 11pm - 7am and a rotating weekend shift requirement. One week is a 12 hour (7pm - 7am) Saturday shift and the other week is a 12 hour (7pm - 7am) Sunday Shift.
HRI Hospital is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. - Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
- Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care

Qualifications Requirements - Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- BSN required
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility required
