Full Job Description
Description & Requirements

In this role, you will provide day-to-day oversight and support for clinical staff within SL Endocrinology Clinics, ensuring smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting clinical support staff through guidance, coaching, and ongoing education
  • Assisting with staff scheduling and coordination to maintain appropriate coverage and workflow
  • Collaborating with providers and the interdisciplinary care team to promote effective communication and optimal patient outcomes
  • Fostering a positive, team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement and excellence in care


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30a - 4:00p. No weekends / holidays!

Travel required to other locations within Treasure Valley.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 3 years' relevant experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
