We are seeking an
Emergency Services Nursing Supervisor to:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with a wide range of hospital staff, including leadership team, care team leaders, medical staff, social work, and support staff, to ensure high-quality patient and family care.
- Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Emergency Services department, overseeing patient care, staff, and daily unit operations.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing support for professional development, performance evaluations, and team management.

Qualifications- Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN). An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered but the candidate must be enrolled in a BSN program with a program completion date within 24 months of hire. Required
- Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN). Preferred
Work Experience- Three (3) years of relevant clinical, ED, transport, or Charge RN experience. Required
- Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required
- Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in clinical practice. Preferred
- Management, Supervisory, or charge RN experience with demonstrated success. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications- Registered Nurse license in state of Wisconsin. Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months Required
- Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) within 6 months Required
- Certified Flight RN (CFRN) or Certified Transport RN (CTRN) within 18 months Required
