Job Summary:Englewood Health, a nationally recognized Magnet-designated organization, has an exciting opportunity in our Center for Clinical Practice. We are seeking a Simulation Coordinator to manage and coordinate the simulation center and related equipment. This role oversees simulation technology, educational programming, equipment management, and learner support to ensure high-quality, innovative training experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to design, implement, and evaluate simulation based learning experienced utilizing evidence-based adult learning principles. Additionally, this position will provide or coordinate technical support for all operations, including preparation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computerized mannequins (software and hardware). The coordinator will also serve as a simulator operator for learning activities.

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Job Qualifications:- Five or more years (5+) years of nursing experience
- Five or more (5+) years of education experience preferred/Simulation experience preferred
- Knowledge of simulation-based education, adult learning principles, curriculum development, and debriefing methodologies
- Skill in managing simulation center operations, resources, budgets, inventory, and regulatory/accreditation compliance
- Ability to operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize simulation technology, equipment, and software systems
- Skill in collaborating with interdisciplinary stakeholders, facilitating learning experiences, and providing education and technical support
- Ability to foster an effective learning environment while continuously evaluating and improving simulation programs and outcomes
Education Requirements:- BSN
- Candidate will have a minimum of a Master's Degree required; preferably in Nursing.
License/Certification:- Current New Jersey State RN License
- Certification in speciality preferred
Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
Salary range: $100,000- $120,000 p/yr.
