Job Overview:RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Educator RN for the Develop Innovation & Research department at Community Medical Center. This Educator will oversee the Emergency Department.
Qualifications:Required:- BSN required; MSN preferred
- National Certification in Nursing Professional Development and / or clinical specialty preferred
- Recent Emergency Department experience (at least 3 years within the past 5 years)
- Strong clinical skills in Emergency Services
Certifications and Licenses Required:- BLS, ACLS & PALS certification
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License
Scheduling Requirements:- Day shift, 40 Hours Per Week
Essential Functions:- Mentoring and supporting new staff
- Assists with Annual Competencies
- Projects, as assigned
- Presents various programs
- Integral part of the interview team
- Support Education department, as needed
