Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR Certification
• Current RN or LPN license in the state
• Reliable transportation access
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor

Responsibilities

• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers and healthcare providers
• Monitor and track clients' overall health and medical history
• Record vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate
• Change bandages and wound dressings as needed
• Verify medication dosages for clients
• Assist clients with physical therapy and exercises
• Provide emotional support to clients and their families
