Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Manager of Clinical Educaiton RN in Topeka, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- The Manager, Clinical Education leads system-wide clinical education for inpatient and outpatient departments and nursing support staff across the Health Care system.
- This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of clinical education programs that align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practice.
- The manager ensures consistent application of competency assessment, instructional design, and staff development initiatives while fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment throughout the health system.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of professional RN Experience
- Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas (license unencumbered)
- Bachelor of Science In Nursing
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- 2 Years of demonstrated progressive leadership
- Master of Science in Nursing /Doctorate in Nursing Practice
- Kansas State RN Compact License
- Nursing Specialty Certification (if not currently hold one, must obtain certification within 24 months of hire
