Job DescriptionPlans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s). Works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care across the continuum. Minimal supervision required.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years professional nursing experience.
- 2 years clinical experience in specific clinical area.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: ACLS and/or PALS
- Upon hire: Specialty certification related to practice
- Upon hire: Maintains chemotherapy hospital-based certification (Medical Oncology and Physician Offices)
- 2 years supervisory/leadership experience.
- Computer skills.
