This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility will offer the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.
Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager, Adolescent & Older Adult. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.
The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing, directing & coordinating the delivery of care for an assigned patient treatment unit(s) in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice, and hospital policy, goals and objectives . This position assists in contributing to the hospital's mission, objectives , and performance & improvement efforts, while providing supervision to the nursing staff of the Adolescent and Older Adult inpatient units.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing required.
- Current PA licensure required.
- 3-5 years of nursing experienced required.
- Thorough knowledge of TJC, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements preferred.
