Oconto Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead operations at our skilled nursing facility in Oconto, WI.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a driven administrator who wants to run a strong building, support a dedicated team, and deliver excellent resident care while being rewarded for performance.

What You'll Do:

Lead the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility, including clinical, financial, and regulatory performance
Drive census growth and maintain strong occupancy through collaboration with admissions and marketing teams
Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
Build, lead, and develop department heads and facility staff
Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance

What We're Looking For:

Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Wisconsin (required)
