Compensation: $180k plus DOE
We're currently seeking a passionate and experienced
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead operations in Eugene, Oregon.
What You'll DoAs the Facility Administrator, you will oversee all daily operations including:
- Admissions, marketing, and census development
- Financial performance and budget management
- Strategic planning and regulatory compliance
- Resident care quality and outcomes
- Facility maintenance and safety
- Team leadership and employee engagement
You'll be an essential leader who drives operational excellence, inspires staff, and ensures our residents receive the highest quality of care.
What We're Looking ForRequired:- Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Oregon
- Successful completion of an Administrator in Training (AIT) program OR prior experience as an Administrator or Assistant Administrator
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Proven track record of sound financial and operational management
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and healthcare software
- Ability to occasionally travel, including overnight stays
