Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)

Location: South Hills Rehabilitation Center - Eugene, OR
Compensation: $180k plus DOE

We're currently seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead operations in Eugene, Oregon.

What You'll Do

As the Facility Administrator, you will oversee all daily operations including:
  • Admissions, marketing, and census development
  • Financial performance and budget management
  • Strategic planning and regulatory compliance
  • Resident care quality and outcomes
  • Facility maintenance and safety
  • Team leadership and employee engagement

You'll be an essential leader who drives operational excellence, inspires staff, and ensures our residents receive the highest quality of care.

What We're Looking For

Required:
  • Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Oregon
  • Successful completion of an Administrator in Training (AIT) program OR prior experience as an Administrator or Assistant Administrator
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Proven track record of sound financial and operational management
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and healthcare software
  • Ability to occasionally travel, including overnight stays
