Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Broadview Heights, Ohio.
Position SummaryThe Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall management, operation, and success of the facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a track record of driving clinical and financial performance, and a dedication to providing exceptional care and service to residents and families.
Qualifications- Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the State of Ohio (required)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Demonstrated success in facility operations, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, census growth, and employee engagement
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to develop and mentor department leaders
- Strong financial and operational management experience
- Passion for serving seniors and creating a positive resident-centered culture
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the facility
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Drive clinical excellence and quality outcomes
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident satisfaction
- Manage facility budgets, financial performance, and operational goals
- Lead recruitment, retention, and development efforts for staff and department leaders
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners
- Support census development and market growth initiatives
