Job Description

Are you a bold, compassionate leader ready to make a real impact in behavioral healthcare? We're seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)-a long-standing provider of care for adults with psychiatric and behavioral health needs. This is not a typical nursing home role; it's a mission-driven opportunity to lead a stable, experienced team and implement innovative clinical programming designed to help patients successfully transition back into the community.

Qualifications

You must hold the IL Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) state license.

What we need from you:

• Experience as an LNHA in a SNF, ICF or SMHRF setting
• A focus on ROIs, QMs and facility metrics - you know how to measure your accomplishments
• Ability to build a team and potentially bring some with you
• A love for what you do, and your education and credentialing reflect it.

These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
