Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility in the
Monmouth County, NJ area.
What You'll Do- Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility's daily operations
- Ensure high-quality clinical care and services are provided to residents
- Lead, motivate, and develop an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor key operational, clinical, financial, and quality metrics
- Drive census growth, occupancy, and overall facility performance
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, employees, and the surrounding community
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
- Partner with regional and corporate leadership to achieve organizational goals
- Recruit, retain, and develop strong department leadership
What We're Looking For- Current New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
- Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care setting
- Strong understanding of nursing home operations, regulations, and survey processes
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Results-oriented leader with a strong commitment to quality and resident satisfaction
- Experience with census development, staffing, financial performance, and quality improvement preferred
