Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing and long term care community. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants ownership of a building and a real say in how it runs.

What you'll do:

Oversee daily operations, census, and regulatory compliance

Lead and develop department heads across nursing, dietary, therapy, and support services

Manage budget, staffing, and financial performance

Serve as the primary contact for state survey and licensing matters

Build relationships with residents, families, staff, and referral partners

What you'll bring:

Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license (or license eligible with reciprocity)

Prior SNF leadership experience preferred

Working knowledge of state and federal long term care regulations

Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to senior care
