Compensation is determined based on experience, skill set, certifications, clinical capabilities, and market factors.
What You Will Do- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Deliver injectable treatments including nuerotoxin and dermal fillers with precision and consistency
- Perform or support advanced aesthetic services including RF microneedling and laser treatments
- Build strong guest relationships focused on trust, education, and long-term treatment planning
- Maintain high clinical, safety, and documentation standards
- Contribute to a collaborative and guest centered clinic culture
What We are Looking For- Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Strong communication and consultative skills
- Passion for aesthetics and guest-centered care
Preferred- Two or more years of Nurse Practitioner experience
- Experience in aesthetics, injectables, dermatology, plastics, or facial rejuvenation
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, performance driven clinical environment
- Strong relationship building and treatment planning skills
