Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations for new and follow-up patients
  • Assess and diagnose various acute and chronic pain conditions

  • Review and analyze diagnostic tests and medical records
  • Monitor treatment responses and adjust care plans as needed
  • Educate patients about their treatment options and expectations
  • Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical team to enhance patient care

Full Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate provider with prior pain management experience who is comfortable evaluating and managing patients with chronic pain conditions.

SKILLS:
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Team oriented (ability to work with multiple different personalities)
  • Positive/friendly attitude
  • Compassionate
  • Bilingual a plus, but not a requirement
  • HIPAA compliance a requirement
  • Nextgen/Epic EHR knowledge a plus but not a requirement
  • Pain Management experience highly preferred, but not required

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform comprehensive new-patient and follow-up evaluations
  • Assess and diagnose acute and chronic pain conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Manage patients with complex chronic pain conditions
  • Review diagnostic imaging, laboratory results, and medical records
  • Monitor treatment response and make appropriate adjustments to the plan of care
  • Educate patients regarding treatment options, medications, procedures, and expectations
  • Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the physicians and clinical team to provide high-quality patient care

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability and interest in learning and implementing new processes, new tools, new activities
  • Examining patients
  • Diagnosing illnesses and injuries
  • Performing and ordering diagnostic tests and evaluating the results
  • Educating patients on living healthy lifestyles and managing their illnesses
  • Must have current state licensure.

Full time - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Office Located: Fort Worth (M-TH) / Granbury Office (Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm)
