We are seeking a
Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at
Pinnacle Fertility - Oklahoma in
Tulsa, OK This is a
full-time, onsite position with a schedule of
Monday through Friday, and an
occasional weekend/holiday coverage as needed. Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
- Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
- Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
- Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
- Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements- Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active OK state RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Active BLS required.
- Women's health background preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation & Benefits- Annual Salary: $115,000 to $145,000 annually. Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
