About the Role

We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to redefine whole-person care at our SoHo clinic. As a foundational member of our team, you won't just provide primary care and women's health services-you'll actively reimagine and evolve the care model at Tia to better serve women.
What You'll Do
  • Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services in an outpatient setting.
  • Quality & Advocacy: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
  • Clinical Innovation: Contribute to the development of care models, clinical protocols, and innovative practice standards.
  • Data & Tech: Leverage technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making and efficient documentation.
What You'll Bring
Requirements:
  • Credentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active NY License and DEA.
  • Clinical Expertise: 2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women's Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
  • Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
Training & Development

Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training:
  • Specialized Women's Health: Menopause management and sexual health.
  • Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope.

Compensation & Benefits

Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.

The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000, depending on level and experience.
