Advanced Practice Provider: Saratoga Hospital - Spine CareCompensation: $127,000 - $162,000Saratoga Spine Care seeks an experienced full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing team. The Advanced Practice Provider will play an integral role in supporting our outpatient spine practice and partner closely with physicians, clinical staff, and care team members across Saratoga Spine. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients throughout their treatment journey, from initial consultation through recovery, while working in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Job duties:- Provide comprehensive patient care
- Developing treatment plans
- Participate in patient surgical evaluations
- Managing pre/post-op care
- Ordering prescriptions/refills
- Conduct exams
- Order tests
- Interpret results
- Provide patient education
- Determine appropriateness for conservative care or surgical intervention.
- Participate in after-hours patient management
Requirements & Skills:- Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York State
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Strong collaboration skills
