CaroMont Family Medicine - Gaston Day is seeking an
Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our close-knit, high-performing team consisting of 3 MDs and 1 APP. This is an opportunity to build a meaningful, long-term career in a welcoming community that values trusted relationships and consistent, compassionate care.
** What We're Looking For **- A Provider seeking a long-term clinic home where they can grow, contribute, and make a true impact within the community.
- Full time with a minimum requirement of one evening shift per week.
- 4 hours every other Saturday

- Practice in our well-equipped facility with access to CaroMont's extensive resources and network.
- In-house X-ray capability and onsite laboratory
** Key Responsibilities **- Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests including labs and imaging
- Provide education on treatment plans and follow-up care
- Document all encounters accurately and timely in EPIC
** Requirements **- Master's or Doctoral degree from accredited NP or PA program
- Board Certified FNP or PA-C
- Active NC License & DEA and willing to obtain a SC License & DEA
- BLS/ACLS certification
