Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the inpatient Palliative Care Team at Morristown Medical Center. This is a great opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to demonstrate their passion and develop advanced palliative care skills in collaboration with a supportive and knowledgeable team.

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will perform comprehensive health histories, physical assessments, and incorporate holistic aspects of patient care for those with serious illnesses. Responsibilities include accurate and timely documentation and planning for the continuum of care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and symptom management skills and provide services primarily in the inpatient setting, coordinating with primary care providers and specialists.
