Full Job Description
Location: Central Phoenix Valley
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; standard clinic hours are 8:00 AM -- 8:00 PM, seven days a week
Compensation: $60--$80/hour (based on experience) + bonus

Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Float clinician to join our team in Central Valley Phoenix floating between 10 clinics. This role is ideal for clinicians who value variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care environment.

Clinicians at NextCare enjoy true work--life balance, including no after-hours tasks, flexible scheduling, and monthly schedules released in advance. Our full-time schedules are designed, so providers are off more days than they work.

You'll be supported by experienced clinical teams, strong peer relationships, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership who provide real-time guidance and mentorship. The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally low-acuity presentations that keep skills sharp without the pressure of inpatient follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast-track experience
  • Strong procedural skills (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care)
  • Experience with initial x-ray interpretation prior to radiology over-read
