Full Job Description
Location: 1100 10th St. Menominee (Home Base) and float to other Michigan Primary Care Clinics

Opportunity Details:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Menominee Family Medicine Team. In this role, you will work closely with an experienced team to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to individuals and families across all ages. The ideal candidate is committed to patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuous professional growth. This is a float position and includes coverage responsibilities for our locations in Escanaba, Daggett, Iron Mountain, and Marquette. The role is full-time with one day off during the week.

Shift Hours:

Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)

Practice Details:
  • 40 hours per week (4 Days a week in clinic)
  • No call, weekends, holidays or nights
