Inpatient Diabetes & Glycemic Management

Good Samaritan University Hospital | West Islip, NY.

12 Shifts Per Month + Full Benefits

Approximately 12 shifts per month

Daytime hospital-based rounding only

Minimal after-hours phone-only call

No ICU management

No procedures

Protocol-driven care model

Structured onboarding, training, and mentorship (for both new grads and experienced APP's)

Collaborative consultative practice environment

Schedule/Shift Availability

Based on hiring needs, available shifts may include:
• Monday + Tuesday + Every Other Weekend

OR
• Thursday + Friday + Every Other Weekend

Compensation

$105,736 - $116,235 annually

In addition to your base salary, you will earn uncapped monthly bonuses based on RVU production.

• Recent Inpatient experience required
• DEA not required
• Minimum one-year commitment required
