Position: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are looking for a Nurse Practicioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about patient transformation, clinical excellence, and delivering results that last in a full-time/ Part-Time/ PRN role serving the Des Moines metro. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams following Medi-Weightloss protocols
• Order, review, and interpret labs and diagnostic tests (including ECGs)
• Deliver program counseling, preventive health education, and supplement guidance
• Prescribe medications in alignment with collaborative agreements
• Document care accurately within EMR standards
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and manage outcomes
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care to ensure patient success

Operational & Leadership Impact:
• Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical oversight to medical staff
• Participate in KPI reviews and quality assurance reporting
• Lead or support clinical training for new team members
• Contribute to the development and rollout of new programs, services, and protocols
• Support efficiency and patient satisfaction initiatives across the clinic
