Description
Under the direction of the Clinical Operations, the NP diagnoses and treats acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, as part of a healthcare team within Senior Care Facilities.
This position will be responsible for servicing facilities in the Blue Island, Tinley Park, Oak Lawn areas.
Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Diagnose or treat acute health care problems such as illnesses, infections, or injuries.?
- Recommends diagnostic or therapeutic interventions.?
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests?
- Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses.
- Prescribe medications.
- Educate patients about self-management of acute or chronic illnesses.?
- Complete full patient consenting process
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:- Current and valid NP/PA licensure in IL
- Access to insured, reliable transportation
- 6 months of prior NP/PA work experience
Preferred Requirements:- 2+ years Nursing Home Experience
- 2+ years of Pulmonary experience
- 2+ years of prior NP/PA work experience

Salary Description
$120,000-140,000
