Role Summary

RMI Global Solutions is seeking a qualified Health Clinic Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to manage non-emergency and occupational medical care at designated client worksites. You will be primarily responsible for providing healthcare to client employees, contractors, and third parties during emergencies, conducting routine medical services, performing safety checks, and evaluating necessary medical equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide medical and occupational health services to authorized employees and contractors during clinic office hours.
  • Undertake appropriate clinical assessments, examinations, and fitness-for-duty evaluations.
  • Manage patient data using RMI or client-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate medical records.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring of employees exposed to occupational hazards and perform regular health check-ups.
  • Administer job-required vaccines and coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and first aid services.
  • Stabilize, manage, and monitor patients during emergency illnesses or injuries until transporting services arrive.
  • Maintain clinic readiness with appropriate medicines, equipment, and consumables in compliance with technical checks.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an independent and fully qualified advanced practitioner, including US/UK/Canadian Advanced Practitioners such as an APRN (NP, FNP, CRNA) or Physician Assistant without restrictions. Previous experience working in occupational health is required.
  • Certificates & Licenses:
    • Unrestricted medical licenses/certifications in good standing.
    • American Heart Association BLS/CPR (or equivalent).
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent.
    • Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or equivalent preferred.
    • Current required project and country-specific immunizations.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Fluent in English (verbal and written), proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong technical and procedural report writing capabilities, and an understanding of HIPAA rules and guidelines.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
  • Work environments are often austere locations with limited communication, transport routes, and rudimentary living conditions.
  • Deployments may present extremes of temperature, poor infrastructure, and exposure to indigenous disease risks requiring specific prophylaxis
