Qualifications

  • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the relevant state.
  • Possession of a Federal DEA License or eligibility.

  • Active CPR/BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care settings.
  • Focus on patient-centered care rather than patient volume.
  • Utilize Athena AI Scribe for efficient in-day charting.
  • Manage 6-8 patients per day, addressing chronic conditions.
  • Commit to a Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM work schedule.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Qualifications
  • Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
  • Federal DEA License/eligibility
  • Geriatric training/experience preferred
  • Active CPR/BLS Certification
  • Board Certification
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
