SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Seeking a licensed and certified advanced practice provider with experience or strong interest in nephrology. Ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and related conditions in an outpatient setting. Must work well in a collaborative team environment. Nephrology or internal medicine experience preferred but not mandatory. This is a hybrid Nephrology role providing comprehensive care across outpatient clinics, inpatient consult services, and hemodialysis (HD) units. Responsibilities include managing chronic kidney disease, acute renal conditions, and dialysis patients, with continuity of care across care settings. Outpatient clinic services are primarily based at Lime Spring, supporting coordinated, patient-centered kidney care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Master's degree in Nursing required
  • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Certification in area of specialty preferred
