Qualifications

• MSN in Nursing required.
• Valid M.D., D.O., P.A. or N.P. Kentucky and/or Indiana license with national certification.
• 2-3 years of experience in family practice or primary care.
• Experience or strong desire to work in a nonprofit organization.
• Commitment to Matthew 25's mission, vision, and values.
• Flexibility for travel within Kentucky's service areas.
• Valid Driver's License with minimal moving violations.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments including history reviews and examinations.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Educate patients about treatments and expected outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct screenings, immunizations, and health assessments.
• Maintain detailed medical records of patient histories and treatments.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
