We are looking for a Provider that is a Team Player, Passionate, Goal Oriented and willing to do what it takes to help our patients!

We are a Private Medical Office that specializes in treating adult patients.

We can accommodate Full Time .

We are open: Monday - Thurs: 8am - 6pm

We are closed on the Weekends!

Our Requirements are:

AZ State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Must have experience in Treating Adults.
