Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Adult Nurse Practitioner training
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a clinical environment, preferably with vulnerable populations
• Strong understanding of addictions medicine and mental health services
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in your province
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care at various service sites including homes and recovery centers
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and create individualized healthcare strategies
• Support patients through addiction recovery and provide education on health management
• Engage with community resources and assist patients in navigating healthcare services
