IU Health Medical Group is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our experienced Gastroenterology team. This position is located in Fort Wayne, IN.
Position Details: - Full-time- Days
- 5-8-hour days or 4-10 -hour days
- Monday - Friday- No Weekends
- No Call Schedule for now
- 100% Outpatient
Job Responsibilities: - Provide all encompassing GI care to both acute and chronic care conditions
Patient Population: - Located in Roanoke IN and will pull patients from surrounding counties
Qualifications: - FNP, or PA Certification REQUIRED
- GI experience preferred but no required
- Desired Candidate- Commitment to the office/community, great communication skills and teamwork.
