Pay Range: $125,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
Required:- APSHO Cancer Therapy Prescribing Course Certificate OR AOCNP Certification required to prescribe chemotherapy biotherapy
- Graduate from Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of New Jersey
- Masters prepared in Nursing from an accredited program
- BLS and ACLS certified
- 1 to 2 years heme malignancy experience preferred
- CDS and DEA
Scheduling Requirements:- Outpatient Role
- Full Time 40 Hours
- 10 hr shifts
Essential Functions:- Performs comprehensive initial and episodic health assessments in order to identify existing or potential health problems
- Initiates and implements individualized nursing and medical plan of care in collaboration with members of multidisciplinary team
- Initiates appropriate diagnostic, therapeutic, medical and nursing actions in conjunction with physician
- Provides follow up care including, acute and routine examinations
- Assesses progress, identify problems, initiate preventive measures, recognizes emergent problems and initiates proper care in collaboration with physicians
- Monitors and adjusts patients medication according to protocol or medical plan of care including adequate pain control
