Job Requirements We are seeking a compassionate and motivated
Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to an adult population during the night shift. In this role, you'll practice with a high level of autonomy while collaborating closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.

What You'll Do- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Manage acute and ongoing medical conditions through evidence-based clinical decision-making
- Order, interpret, and act upon diagnostic tests and procedures
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and follow-up care
- Partner with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate seamless patient care
- Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and preventive health strategies
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the electronic medical record
- Champion patient safety, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource and advocate for patients throughout their hospital stay
What We're Looking ForEducation & Licensure- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Maryland Nurse Practitioner license
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse license
- BLS and ACLS certification prior to providing direct patient care
- Current DEA and CDS registration
Experience- Previous Nurse Practitioner experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
