Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Jivana Care LLC. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing professional medical care to our clients. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients, as well as providing patient education and counseling.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care to clients, including physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients.

Provide patient education and counseling on preventative care, healthy lifestyle habits, and self-care.

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.

Prescribe medications as needed.
