Community Healthcare Network (CHN) is a non-profit organization that provides primary care, behavioral health, dental, and other services to underserved communities in New York City. CHN operates 15 health centers throughout the city and serves over 85,000 patients annually. The organization was founded in 1971 and has since expanded its services to include HIV/AIDS care, women's health, and pediatrics.
