Position OverviewAs a Mobile Medical Nurse Practitioner (APRN), you will provide independent, in-home primary care services. This provider-based role allows you to structure your day efficiently-without rigid clinic schedules or productivity pressures.
You'll meet patients where they are most comfortable, enabling deeper connections, more thorough assessments, and improved outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive in-home patient assessments and evaluations
- Manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population
- Review medical histories and develop individualized care plans
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic testing (labs, imaging, etc.)
- Prescribe medications and provide patient/caregiver education
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications- Master's Degree from an accredited Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification (APRN)
- Active Florida APRN license
- Current professional liability insurance
Preferred Experience- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, home health, or acute care
- Ability to practice independently with strong clinical judgment
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
