Pay - $140,000-150,000 Annually

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Nurse Practitioner

We're looking for advanced practice providers who are passionate about helping people rebuild their lives through exceptional, evidence-based care. Our team operates with authenticity, courage, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence.

Our residential addiction treatment centers serve individuals living with Substance Use Disorder. We strive not just to restore sobriety, but to transform lives-offering holistic, individualized, and relational care in a structured, supportive environment.

Position Summary

The Advanced Practice Provider is a critical leader in the delivery of clinical care. This provider evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients presenting with medical needs-many of whom are in active withdrawal or early recovery. With the ability to prescribe and coordinate care independently, the APP serves as both a clinician and advocate, ensuring patient safety and comfort while upholding regulatory standards.

This role requires sound medical judgment, efficient clinical documentation, and a compassionate presence that aligns with our recovery-centered mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including physical assessments, medical management, and prescription of medications per standing or written orders
  • Conduct comprehensive medical histories and physical exams within 24 hours of admission
  • Assess all patients at the detox level of care face-to-face, 365 days per year
  • Provide weekly face-to-face assessments for patients in other levels of care
  • Participate in patient care planning through treatment team meetings and clinical coordination
  • Guide aftercare planning and discharge support from a medical perspective
  • Maintain appropriate and current licensure and certifications
  • Uphold compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards
  • Rotate on-call responsibilities for your assigned region:
    • One day per week standard
    • Two days per week if another provider is on leave
    • Respond to after-hours calls within 30 minutes when on-call
