York, PA.Earn up to $38.81/hourPosition DetailsUnder the guidance of the Program Director, the Nurse will provide for the well-being of the individuals being served within the Extended Acute Care (EAC) facility setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and therapeutic treatment orders
- Train residents in self-administration of medications
- Monitor and document weight, respiration and blood pressure
- Participate in leading and co-leading therapeutic groups
- Thoroughly document in all medical records and complete client progress notes
- Provide nursing coordination of care both internally with psychiatrists and externally with community health care providers.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:- Graduate of accredited RN or LPN nursing program with current license as an RN or LPN in Pennsylvania
- Must be willing to work with adults in a mental health environment
- Active and unrestricted driver's license required
