Job Description

Nurse Manager - Short Stay and Recovery at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This is a Full-time, Day shift position.

Accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of multiple nursing units and/or FTE's over 80 on a 24 hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position.

This position will be supporting Recovery, Short Stay, and Endoscopy

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Upon hire: NNR for employees in L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum (Postpartum - within 90 days from date of hire; Other areas - within 180 days of completion of clinical orientation)
  • 3 years of recent clinical experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
