Job Description

Provides direct support for nursing staff at all Highland Radiation Oncology locations through mentoring, staff development, retention and recruitment efforts. Participates in the delivery of direct patient care while all supporting Highland Hospital standards or care. Manages day-to-day activities of the clinic and procedures ensuring safe staffing.

Salary Range:
$96,491-$128,788

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements

    1. Education: BSN required.
    2. Experience: Previous experience in Radiation therapy or Medical Oncology preferred.
    3. License/Certification: Active NYS Registered Nurse license required. American HeartAssociation CPR Certification. ACLS obtained within 6 months of hire.
    4. Skills: Microsoft Office skills preferred.
