Schedule:
- Full Time: Monday - Friday, with off shift visibility and on call 24/7 including weekends to support the needs to the unit.

How you will make an impact- Manage, coordinate, and participate in administrative and clinical activities related to a nursing program or hospital unit.
- Prepare and manage budgets, supervise staff, and develop policies and procedures aligned with program objectives.
- Administer and coordinate operational activities and resolve operating issues in accordance with departmental policies.
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate program or unit goals and objectives, making policy and procedure updates as needed.
- Determine fiscal requirements, prepare budget recommendations, monitor expenditures, and authorize program spending.
- Maintain communication among ancillary departments, physicians, nursing personnel, and other healthcare professionals.
- Plan and conduct staff meetings, training, and employee orientation programs to ensure compliance and development.
- Oversee personnel actions, resource management, records, reports, and documentation for program evaluation.
What you will need- BSN Required
- 3 years of nursing experience
- Current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina required.
- BLS required.
- Demonstrated supervision and staff leadership skills.
- Experience with scheduling and workforce coordination.
