Job Summary and QualificationsThe RN Manager Clinical Operations is responsible to the Director Clinical Operations or Division VP Nursing Operations, for the organization and direction for planning and implementing centralized nursing scheduling and nursing resource pool system wide. Responsible for the coordination of staffing between the facilities to ensure equitable distribution of available staff. Works cooperatively with administrators, physicians, staff, other managers and all customers of the Methodist Healthcare System to provide services, which consistently meet and exceed the expectations of their customers. This is accomplished by assessing and prioritizing opportunities to improve, plan and implement effective changes and evaluate outcomes of process improvement activities. The RN Manager Clinical Operations displays behavior consistent with Methodist Excellence and actively supports the Mission and Vision of the MHS; effectively maintains the hospital's Standards of Care and Practice.
What qualifications you will need:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Three years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
- Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Minimum License, Certificates, or Registrations Required: Required: Current TX RN license in good standing.
