Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license or license-eligible; pursuing BSN preferred.
• Previous nursing operations leadership experience in a hospital or residential setting is desired.
• Experience in Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health populations is crucial.
• Strong communication and time management skills are necessary.
• CPR/BLS certification required prior to starting, with training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff while managing schedules and performance.
• Oversee medication management and ensure best-practice client care.
• Act as a liaison between nursing, providers, administration, and treatment professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain quality assurance standards.
• Manage nursing spaces, staffing resources, and inventory within budget.
• Participate in emergency responses and escalate ethical or legal issues as required.
